Patrick R. Malone is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Litigation, Energy and Government Relations Practice Groups. Patrick is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, where he focuses his practice on a wide range of commercial matters, including complex commercial, tort, construction and energy litigation.

As part of the Litigation Practice Group, Patrick routinely handles a broad variety of commercial disputes. Patrick has represented numerous clients in construction disputes, oil and gas matters, fraud matters, insurance coverage disputes, restrictive covenant litigation, premises liability claims, and product defect claims as well as other commercial matters. Patrick has practiced in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. In addition to litigating numerous matters, Patrick works with governmental entities to revise procurement policies and procedures and works with other clients to draft and negotiate various business agreements, drawing upon insights gained through litigation of such matters.

On the energy side, Patrick focuses his practice on energy and utility matters. Patrick regularly represents public utility clients in proceedings before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
