Kenneth C. Foltz, Sr. is a Partner with Leech Tishman in the Real Estate, Corporate, Energy, Construction, and Government Relations Practice Groups. Ken is the Chair of the Business Oil & Gas Subgroup, and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Ken advises business clients on a wide range of issues including complex real estate transactions spanning industrial, office, residential and residential developments, financing structures and zoning and planning compliance.

Ken blends his real estate background with Leech Tishman’s Corporate practice in advising midsize to large companies on structures for growth and investment strategies, including crowdfunding platforms and strategies.

Ken leads Leech Tishman’s Business Oil and Gas Team in providing a broad range of general counsel services – with a focus on the oil and gas industry. Ken utilizes his real estate background to assist with title issues / opinions and his corporate and government practice to provide sound business counsel.

Ken draws upon his government experience as the Economic Development Director for Congressman Doyle to also assist companies in resolving regulatory hurdles and identifying government contracting opportunities.
